Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Nature of Aesthetic Services

LumiSkin Aesthetic provides specialized non-surgical aesthetic, dermatological skin wellness, laser, and regenerative care. All services provided are aesthetic in nature and do not substitute for emergency medical care or systemic medical diagnosis.

2. Pre-Treatment Medical Disclosure

Clients are strictly required to disclose all active medical conditions, including but not limited to: active pregnancy or breastfeeding, history of keloid formation, heart conditions, metal implants, auto-immune diseases, active herpes/cold sores, and use of photosensitizing medications or oral retinoids (e.g. Accutane/Isotretinoin) within the preceding 6 months. Failure to disclose may compromise treatment safety and result in immediate session deferral.

3. Treatment Outcomes & Realistic Expectations

Human skin and hair biology exhibit natural individual variability. While our protocols employ certified technologies and evidence-based techniques, individual outcomes cannot be universally guaranteed. The number of recommended sessions provided during consultation reflects clinical averages.

4. Doorstep Home Service Prerequisites

To ensure safety and clinical hygiene during home treatments:

• A clean, well-lit, air-conditioned private room with a standard 3-pin electrical power outlet must be provided.
• Pets and unauthorized third parties must remain outside the treatment area during laser or needle-based procedures.
• Our visiting practitioners reserve the right to cancel or postpone a session if environmental hygiene standards or personal safety are compromised.

5. Appointment Booking & Rescheduling Policy

Given Mumbai traffic logistics and practitioner scheduling, appointments must be rescheduled with at least 12 hours advance notification. Rescheduling requests made within the required notice period incur zero penalties.
